FRLe propriétaire très reactif et arrangeant ( changement de dates suite erreur de ma part, accord pour arriver plus tôt). La situation proche de la mer, malgré un front de mer bétonné .
L'appartement est vieillot et peu entretenu: le mobilier est de qualité médiocre, les couettes et oreillers sont usés , le lit notamment est très mou , ce qui est très rare aujourd'hui (bien que le propriétaire affirme qu'il respecte les normes à ce sujet). À déconseiller aux dos sensibles. Bref, pour ces raisons, et surtout à cause du lit, je suis parti après la 1ere nuit. On m'objectera le prix relativement modique : 39€/ nuit en janvier. Mais pour le même prix, j'ai trouvé bien mieux durant mes 2 semaines dans le peloponnese.
SK- vybavenie (práčka, AC, chladnička; aj v kuchyni a kúpeľni bolo všetko, čo malo byť) - výhľad - moderná kuchyňa aj kúpeľňa - čistá podlaha, kúpeľňa, spálňa - max. 5 min. od pláže - rýchla komunikácia s ubytovateľom
- riady (napr. panvica bola vyslovene opotrebovaná, príbor lepkavý, mastný) - uteráky možno boli vypraté, ale boli zatuchnuté - sušiak na prádlo bol pomerne zle umiestnený - stoličky na terase by mohli byť takisto menej ošúchané, alebo aspoň nejaký prehoz na tú stoličku (dávali sme si obliečku na vankúš) - mali sme problém nájsť byt (navrhujem na kľúče napísať názov bytu/ uviesť to v správe s pridelenými pinom)
