INStayed for one night breakfast was good and Mr. Swapnil was very helpful and guided me in planning north goa day plan. New hotel all the amenities were available. Highly recommended

IEReally clean and quiet, nice big room, great shower, friendly helpful staff. There's a couple of nice cafes in walking distance. You'd need a scooter or taxi to get to the beach though :)

To climb up n down 2 floors everything was painful. Lift in such an facility was essential. What use is a kitchen without cutlery? Once you showered, it was not possible to use the bathroom as there was no bath tub or separate shower bed. The road upto the hotel needs major repairs to avoid breaking your car n your back, it's like riding a roller coaster ride. Don't go by the surrounding pictures, as next building is almost touching the hotel n in some rooms you can't even open your windows.
