The location was perfect. Just 2-3 minutes stroll down to the amazing Khem beach. I stayed in a deluxe double room, which had all the facilities in the room as described. My room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and free water bottles. I had a lovely view of trees from the window. Mr Thang and Mr Nam were wonderful hosts, making my stay here most enjoyable. They recommended places and arranged my transfer back to the airport. The hotel is located on a lovely quiet road just off the beach. If you're looking for a friendly, homely, stay close to Khem Beach, this is perfect for you.

Nothing was a perfect stay

The location is perfect next to the beach. You have plenty of choices regarding the restaurants. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room had a great view. I was sad that I didn’t book few days more and I had to leave.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the view is awesome. The location is just perfect next to the best beach in Phu Quoc and you have also multiple choices for restaurants. I should have stayed couple of days more.

The location is awesome. The owner and his family are very kind and friendly. And can rent motorcycles in there.

It was hard to find the place in the 1st time. Because its not in a main street. But it's not a big problem.

It was just 5 minutes walking distance from the most beautiful beach. The room was very clean and so is the entire neighborhood called “New World”. It is calm, peaceful and you will find a few restaurants in walking distance. Value for money of this hotel is amazing. The hotel owners are very friendly, however communication in English is not possible. You will have to communicate via google translator.

The restaurants in the neighborhood are probably a bit more expensive for Vietnamese standards. But still absolutely affordable for European standards.
