Buenas ubicación para los desplazamientos que hicimos por la zona, muy practico, plus el garaje. Además con todo lo imprescindible para una buena estancia.

Très bien localisé pour parcourir les dolomites, l'appartement est de tout confort et très bien équipé, le lave linge est un plus dans l'équipement. Le garage a disposition est très pratique. Merci à Andrea pour toutes ces explications et sa gentillesse.

Central location (old city center), parking garage (reserved parking spot), comfortable and cozy apartment, easy self-check-in (clear instructions provided), good communication with host.

Nothing to mention as “dislike”. Only this maybe: if there was a microwave - the apartment would be even more comfortable.

New apartment with underground parking garage. Self check in. Located in the center of Brunico, short walkable distance to the old town, shops, restaurants. Nice balcony, new big kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine is a plus. Easy to find the address and to get inside, clear instructions were given. Enough towels and white bedsheets. Nice feeling of a fresh house.

Some thing we’re uncomfortable mostly in bathroom such as no toilet paper holder, no shelves to put things and cosmetics, no shelf in the shower. No soap or shower gel provided. But the biggest problem was communication with the host😮‍💨🥲 He contacted me only half an hour before we arrived, giving the precise address and how to get inside the apartment, and told that it’s prohibited to get inside the apartment before we give him photo of our documents. I understand that it’s a law in Italy, but this procedure should be done beforehand, not when guests already arrived. I also had very bad cellular reception and couldn’t respond quickly to deal with this issue. Second problem that the host couldn’t provide me the secure system to upload our documents, he was insisting on sending them through the insecure WhatsApp 🙈😿 The guy was kinda rude and was hurrying me and told that they will come and throw us out of the apartment because we haven’t provided our documents. He also said that my booking profile looks suspicious and the people like me are usually doing illegal things in rental properties. This was very unpleasant to hear and unprofessional. No host should ever say such things to guests unless he has really good reason to say that. Then his lawyer started calling me and threatening the same. Finally they agreed that I just send them our info, not the scans. They apologized in the end but it all was so stressing and they sounded very aggressive. Our night and leisure was spoiled a lot.

The location is excellent, the accommodation has 2 toilets and a neat kitchen.
