Le logement est propre, calme et bien situé si vous souhaitez accéder au centre de Bologne en transport en commun. Les hôtes sont très gentils et très arrangeant.

Les murs sont fins donc si vous n'êtes pas un grand dormeur, prévoyez des boules quies.

The bed mattress was quite comfortable. White bedding linen and white fluffy towels just like in hotel. Well equipped kitchen

1. There was a terrible very strong smell of cigarettes and no wander why. The two apartment windows come into balcony and the balcony sealed with transparent plastic material which doesn't allow you to open it and let in fresh air. Very bad for unspoken person 😕 2. It was not perfectly clean. Some hair from previous user 3. The bed ligh which was supposed to be a dim evening light is instead bright white unpleasant light.

Good location. Availability of a dishwasher.

Very cramped. The room layout is very strange. The bed is located right at the entrance. There is not a single normal knife in the kitchen. Tap water has an unpleasant chemical odor, it is impossible to drink it. It was cold. The central heating is not working. The room is heated only by air conditioning.

The location very close to the fairgrounds. Self check in apartment or you can pay a small fee for someone to meet you. The entry details were very clear and easy. The apartment is quite and there is an elevator. The room is 30m2, so it is more like a larger hotel room with a kitchenette. If you want to cook there are enough cooking utensils etc. However there was no microwave. The bed is reasonably comfortable and it is queen size. The bathroom is a good however the shower area is small, and if you are large person it will be tight. The apartment is clean, it has a nice balcony, and it feels safe. Its perfect if you are in Bolonga for the fair, however if it is a holiday you will need to catch the bus or drive to the centre. If you walk it is around 40mins. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all very close to the apartment from 1 min walk. The apartment is fine in size for 2 people and perfect for One person however for a third person - then it is starting to be a little small. The air conditioner works well and so does the wifi. I had a problem with the wifi but the host fixed it quickly and they were very helpful. They allowed me to leave my bags in the apartment after check out for a few hours. All in all I would stay there again if I was going to the fair. I recommend it.

The location is ideal for someone who wants to reach the city center easily, but stay away from all the noise. Easily accessible from the airport, and the city center is easy to access by bus. Apartment was clean upon arrival.

There is a mosquito problem in the apartment. We kept the fly screen closed yet mosquitos kept coming in, I don't know from where. I highly appreciate that Italy has a garbage sorting system, but as a tourist, I suggest giving some directions to your next guests who are not aware of how this system works. Same for providing info on public transport.
