Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of GBP 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must have their ID verified within 24 hours of booking A deposit may be required at the property.

"Sad, annoying and disrespectful."

I really disliked almost everything about this experience. The property is below average at best but the worst part was how rude the hosts were.

The communication with the hosts was awful. Upon arrival, we couldn't find the wifi password because it wasn't written anywhere, when I finally got a hold of someone from a camera at the front door, they proceeded to yell at me and sigh because it was such an inconvenience to her that I hadn't pre-downloaded all of her information. Then, the worst part was, when we had trouble getting into our apartment, we call and texted the hosts multiple times and then about 3 hours later they responded with "what seems to be the issue?" After I had said in the texts "The door code isn't working, we can't get in." Please, do yourself a favour and never book with this management company or let them manage your property.
