You can't use the washing machine, the air-condition, and the cooking plate all together because the electricity will shut down.

We had to book this place in a rush because our original host in Carrara unexpectedly and rudely cancelled our reservation less than 18 hours before our planned arrival. Due to this extraordinary situation we did not have much space for maneuvering and there were very few options in Carrara. The owner of this property in Marina di Carrara instantly responded to our request and we finalized the booking in less than 1 hour. The check in process was easy and well explained with the video that was sent in advance. The apartment is compact but well equipped. It is sitting on the side of the main road in Marina di Carrara, but it was quiet inside the apartment. Parking was available next to the door. This place is good for a couple interested in a good time at the beach. The free access beach is literally in a walking distance,

We have only one comment: there is no wi-fi in the apartment. We did not pay attention that wi-fi is NOT listed among amenities of this property.
