The Roost

The Roost is smart, chic, comfy and clean. Imagine a quality boutique hotel once you leave the lobby - that’s The Roost. No receptionist or staff but comms from the manager is great. The adjacent Italian restaurant was also amazing.

Would have been great if the attached restaurant offered breakfast. Wet room bathroom meant wet feet and socks when using the loo.

The Roost looked normal on the outside but when you went in and went to your room they where beautiful and had amazing facilities which you do not get from a chain run hotel. The bathrooms where shower rooms and because of the high ceilings it was like standing under a waterfall. They had the usual tea and coffee but also supplied bottled water which was welcome. And the room had lots of space.

No hangers

Lovely central location in Cullompton. Beautifully decorated, comfortable room and bathroom. Parking available. Easy arrangements for check in an check out.

My room was so beautiful and had everything I could’ve possibly needed! It was easy to use the lockbox to check in and the bath was so lovely. The property was very clean and the bed was really comfy. I had a lovely stay and would definitely come again.

The only thing that could be improved is having a wall hook to hang your coat and bag, and maybe a towel rack too so you can hang the towel in the bathroom. It’s always nice to have a dressing gown when you have a bath too. But these are just tiny things - I really enjoyed my stay! :)
