L'emplacement est idéal, dans une rue calme à deux pas de la place Liabi Khaouz, on peut visiter la plupart des monuments à pieds. Pour ceux qui sont plus loin on trouve des taxis ou voiturette devant l'hotel. Le service est bon, les chambres propres. L'établissement est très beau, dans un ancien caravansérail.

very nice place to hang out with other travellers in the common spaces, the breakfast was ok, location also very nice

there was no toilet paper, AC remote was missing, other travellers were very nice, but the manager begged for cigarretes

"Disappointing experience"

Ladies working there is the only reason i gave some points they were really helpful

The receptionist took a phone call during our conversation and left me waiting for at least 30 minutes. On top of that, the bathroom in the room smelled awful, making the stay quite unpleasant.

Это было великолепно! Персонал максимально отзывчивый. Помогали в любом вопросе. Красота невероятная. Завтраки отличные. Накормят даже если в 12 дня проснулся. Однозначно рекомендую.

Konumu güzeldi. Direkt merkezde oluşunu sevdim. Müdürleri, hanımefendinin yaklaşımı çok güzeldi. Yardımseverdi. Planımız değişti ve otelden bir gün önce ayrılmak durumundaydık. Direkt ücret iadesi yaptı müdüre hanım..

Bize ilk sundukları oda klimasızdı. 35 derecede sadece avluya açılan küçük camdan giren hava ile o gecelik idare etmemiz söyledi. Çok ısrar etmemize rağmen başka oda yok denildi. Sonra Özbek biri bizim için ricada bulundu. 4 kişilik klimalı oda olduğunu söyledi ama +2 kişi daha odaya alabileceğini söyledi. Saat geç olduğu için ihtimal vermedik . Kabul ettik. Yan odanın kliması bozulmuş. 2 Çinli bizim odaya geldi. Yurt gibi oldu.. İlk gün çok yol yorgunu idik böyle garip geçti :/
