It is really nice, comfortable apartment, owners are very helpful and responsive, they were flexible on our arrival and departure time which I appreciated. There were nice snacks and drinks left for us. The apartment was really clean and had everything we could need.

We were with a baby stroller and without a car, so be aware that distance to the center is close however it has some not walking friendly part.

It was cozy and had everything you need in there. The bed was very comfortable, there was good fragrance at the house, and the host put thoughtful and useful food :)

Everything was very clean, beds were made nicely, host answered very quickly, lots of kitchen and bathroom accessories, good coffee machine, fridge was filled and on the table were breakfast items, WiFi was fast. I recommend.

Thin walls so you could hear neighbours and dogs were barking even during night, but of course this is nothing that depends on host and this apartment.

The appartment is nice and clean, with a terrace. The air conditioning works perfectly. The Staff is perfect.

The city is quite wide, if you dont have a car, it is impossible to get around. If you have a car, The location is Ok, a lot of space to park it here. Unlike many other destinations in Terni I have been to.

Everything was superb, facilities very clean, bed very comfortable, more than suitable.

No kitchen knives within the kitchen

Excellent contact with the host! A private small patio is just for you. When you open the door you can feel the beautiful smell of this apartment, everything is clean, nice and comfortable. The mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable. You can feel that this place is wrapped in a lot of warmth and heart ❤️ Thank you and we highly recommend it - we regretted that we had to leave so quickly!

Everything was very clean, you had all you need to feel like home. Quiet area and owner very helpful.
