staff has no manners... Curtains where dirty not clean at all

The location was ok and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Unfortunately we didn't get a remodeled room. Carpet was nasty, red wall made the room feel closed in, no coffee available and they did not clean your room, empty the trash or bring clean towels if you stayed more than one night. I will not stay there again.

I never stayed at this property because after reading further into the reviews I found out about the property had bed bugs and I wasn’t willing to take the chance. I then tried to cancel my stay and was told to contact booking.com which I did. Booking.com then told me that they would attempt to contact the property to see if they would waiver the cancellation fee. Unfortunately it’s been several days now and haven’t gotten anywhere. I’m highly disappointed with both this property and Booking.com for doing nothing.

that the tax for new jersey makes the cost high.

There were bed bugs and mouse droppings. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Receptionist was rude and talked on her phone for 5 min before she would check me in. Room was dirty and bed was nasty

Location was good for an off shore stay. Easy access to main arteries.

Filthy walls, mirrors, bathroom and flooring. It was labeled Non-Smoking, however, the bedding had at least 6 Cigarette holes in the bedspread. The gal at the front desk was not very pleasant when checking in. They had a fake plant/flower in a pot next the front desk as you walk in, that doesn't look like it was picked up to be cleaned for years. The cobwebs pretty much took over the plant. You can find better accommodations with the multiple motels surrounding this area for the same price.
