Half Pint

Brilliant for an over night stop , a little quirky as it's a shipping container , but it really works , log burner going makes it super warm .We would like to go next year and see how the owners plans are coming along . Good stuff.

A little noise from the car wash next door , this didn't bother us but may others .

The log fire was great. Handy for where I was working.

It was a little cold. The fire helped to warm up quickly, but was chilly in the morning.

Brilliant place to stay! This was our second time staying, first in 'Wee Shot' and this time in 'Half Pint'. Both are clean cozy and comfortable with everything you need. We especially liked the log burners! Lovely, friendly hosts and a great location to explore Tain and further afield in the Highlands. Just next door to the Tain Adventure Cafe which has the best Mac and Cheese! Thank you and good luck with the bus! 😊

The hosts are fantastic great location excellent quirky accommodation which we liked and also took inspiration from a fun stop on our motorbike trip around Scotland 😀

Nothing really.

Our hosts were very accommodating, especially as I had made a mistake with the booking. We were told where to go to eat, shop, and how to find the beach. We brought the dog with us, and he was mage very welcome. We had everything we needed for the night, and would book again for a short stay.
