Flexible, kindly allowed us to leave our bags the day before. Amazing location

Floor wasn't clean, flush wasn't working, they took our bags a night before but left them in the corridor for two days where any other guest could have taken them ! Very unsafe. Absolutely no kitchen or amenities that were described in the adverts (besides the bathroom and wifi). Reception is not working all the time and we had to wait for them to open despite paying extra to pick our check in time. Okay for one short stop if someone just needs a bed, but no more.

Bastante flexibles y disponibles. Llegué tarde y aún estaban para el check-in, y respondían muy rápido al celular. Además, pude dejar mi mochila ahí mientras me fui de paseo por Ollantaytambo.

Eu estava sozinho no quarto, tudo bem limpo, pelo valor já sabia que não seria aquelas coisas, porém me surpreendeu! Gostei bastante

Não vi armário para por os itens

Me gusto La ubicación y tener una habitación privada. La limpieza bien. Los baños limpios, mejoraría la ducha el agua caliente y las aberturas que cierren mejor. El dueño muy amable, atento a responder a las necesidades. Llegue a la madrugada , tuve que llamar a un teléfono y me recibieron sin problemas!

Estuvo bien acorde al precio, mejoraria las duchas.
