Das Bett war gemütlich.

- Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert - Es hat aus den Abflüssen und der AC gestunken - Viele Schmetterlingsmücken im Zimmer - Service kommuniziert nur über WhatsApp und man wartet 2 Stunden auf eine Antwort Es ist ein altes Haus welche schlecht renoviert wurde und auf "Schick" macht. Dieses "Hotel" ist scam.

Muy bonito jardin y aunque pedimos 2 camas y solo tuvimos 1, fue muy comodo. Agradecemos que estuviera muy limpio, aunque la regadera no tenia la presion idonea.

Que NO hubiera AGUA para beber en ningun lado. Y que NO nos dieran un masaje de calidad. Pagamos 1000 pesos por masaje y los terapeutas eran muy inexpertos. Y no nos ofrecieron ni agua, ni te, ni nada.

The ONLY good thing in the whole experience was Carmen the one woman show who did EVERYTHING at the pseudo “boutique hotel”. Don’t be fooled it is an old and not well maintained airbnb house. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PICTURES.

EVERYTHING! The house was old, smelly because of the mold, it is obvious it lacks maintenance, there was no hot water. The water pressure was non existent, the walls were humid and moldy and it stank. They tried to change my room 3 times and from the last one they asked me to move because they had another guest coming. They kicked me out 2 nights that I had paid and promised a refund that I am still waiting for. BOOKING did not answer my cries of help either.

L'arrivée autonome n'est vraiment pas simple. On a attendu près de 20 minutes pour avoir le code d'entrée. Il y a tout un protocole à respecter sur Whatsapp dont nous n'avons pas l'habitude. Sur place nous avons également eu du mal à trouver l'entrée de la chambre cachée derrière des volets fermés.

Das „hotel“ liegt immerhin in der Nähe einer Busstation.

Das Hotel ist mit 155$ für 2 Nächte viel zu teuer, für das was man bekommt. Es gibt keinen Empfang, alles wird per WhatsApp geregelt. Der Pool war zu 1/8 mit Wasser gefüllt, so dass er nicht nutzbar war. Das Badezimmer sieht wie eine Baustelle aus. Das Duschwasser fließt nicht ab und überflutet das Zimmer. Alle unsere Handtücher waren sehr fleckig. Zum Frühstück gibt es nur ein einziges Toastbrot mit Rührei oder Omelett. Man wählt zwischen Kaffee oder Saft aus. Die Fahrräder sollten auf einmal doch kosten, obwohl es anders in der Beschreibung steht. Es gibt nur 2 Stück. Und es ist sowieso keiner da, der einem die Räder gibt. Das Zimmer ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: Terrassentür schließt nicht, Schimmel an den Wänden etc. Zu Fuß sind es 40 min in die Stadt.
