The host was very helpful and only ever a message away if in need of assistance. Apartment was very spacious and the surroundings quiet, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Very good place to stay if in Skopje.

The flat is well located in Skopje and was easy to check into. The owner was very friendly and accomadating with our later arrival. Inside, the décor was modern and homely.

The boiler needed to be switched on an hour prior to a shower if you wanted hot water. Also the sink had not been cleaned prior to arrival. The aircon was rather weak.

The apartment appeared neat, very spacious with nice furniture arrangements. Good selection of TV channels. Host was flexible.

The apartment is situated in a dark old building, in a neighbourhood that has dim street lights. It was hard to find when i arrived with a taxi late in the night time. Even with instructions provided by the host, it didn't help much. I had to ask one of the locals to help me & gave them the same address on booking.com & instructions. But we were still trying to locate it. After 10-15minutes of walking around in circles, we eventually found it. The apartment itself was not cleaned properly, full of dust everywhere, hairs and stains on the bed sheets. No hand towels. Plus, I saw a live cockroach in the closet!! I informed the host immediately, sending pictures & a video evidence of all of this. In all my years of travelling & mostly in the summer time, I have never experienced this, given the low score. The host understood & agreed to refund me for my 1 night stay, as i did not feel comfortable staying in the apartment. It was too late in the night to find another accommodation. So i had to wait & checked out of the apartment the next morning. Staying somewhere else cleaner.

The place was really nice and cozy. It’s near Debar Maalo, the square and the old bazaar. The host is extremely helpful, a really nice guy to deal with.

The air conditioning took some time till you can feel it, especially if you just came back after a long walk during the summer.

Location was perfect, in the very centre of the city, all we needed was nearby. The place was very clean and nicely furnished, communication with hosts was very easy going, very flexible and helpful. I would recommend 10/10
