Sehr gut, sauber und traumhaft schön

- perfect spot for resting and beautiful scenery - the villa is literally on the beach - you can see the ocean from the bed - you can watch the sunrise from your bed or romantically from the heartshaped pier, swing or beach - it’s very quiet and so you wont see many people except for some locals working during low tide - staff is very friendly, helpful and on point (fast response and solving problems/requests) - the manager is very hospitable, initiates sharing information but also leaves you alone immediately when finished - the manager’s cat is living on the property and she’s super cute and playful - they arrange taxi, massage, yoga classes and tours - you can use the supboards for free - breakfast is very delicious and versatile and almost entirely suitable for vegetarians - restaurants offers outside of menu options for lunch and dinner as requested, even local dishes that are not on the menu - water pressure is very good and hot water - airconditioning and fan works perfectly - complimentary drinks upon arrival and leave

Powercut means also no water supply so a stronger generator is necessary when it happens (usually only at night)

Eher teure Unterkunft und bescheidene Auswahl im Restaurant, jedoch sehr lecker

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, οι βίλες βρίσκονται ακριβώς δίπλα στην θάλασσα, εκθαμβωτική θέα και πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό προσωπικό!! Επίσης υπήρχε πλούσιο πρωινό, και φυσικά μεσημεριανό και βραδινό. Οι μάνατζερ του ξενοδοχείου μπορούν να διοργανώσουν πολύ ώρες ξεναγήσεις και εκδρομές σε παραλίες, πόλεις, γραφικά χωριά καθώς γνωρίζουν πολύ καλά το νησί της Ζανζιβάρης!

Tout était parfait dans cet hotel. Il est situé dans le sud, parfait pour un séjour au calme. On a accès directement à la plage. Notre chambre était TOP avec une vue sur la mer. Le personnel était accueillant, à l’écoute de nos demandes et professionnel. Nous avons eu la chance d’échanger avec le gérant qui était très sympa.

Absolutamente increíble!!! El lugar es hermoso,la playa y el océano a 20 metros De la Villa.El paisaje de la playa es impresionante, ese color turquesa ,agua cristalina con koral y la playa blanca para siempre será unos de mi imagines favoritos.Aparte es un sitio muy tranquilo,relajante y nos sentimos como en casa.El personal es súper amable y la comida es deliciosa.Desayuno en forma Buffet muy variado y con frutas de su propio jardín. Todos los días nos servían agua de coco y té de jengibre muy delicioso.Las villas son muy amplias, muy limpias y bien equipadas, en mi opinión no falta nada en ese hotel ,tienen :sejf, la nevera, la secadora de pelo y calentador de agua. La limpieza todos los días. El olor de las toallas es inolvidable, y los productos en el baño huelen súper rico,tiene gel champú y body leche hechos de productos naturales. El hotel es espectacular y sin duda repetiremos y recomendamos.

Juana villas is in a very quiet place in Makunduchi. No one bothered us on the beach!!!The view from the villa is amazing, very close to the ocean (directly on the beach). The ocean was beautiful and warm. The breakfast was awesome, such a variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some nice recommendations of activities. The pool was great. We loved our room, well cleaned everyday. Everyone ensured that we had everything we needed and provided excellent service. We definitely recommend this hotel! Location is also great because of Paje and Mtende beach which are close by.

There was sometimes rubbish on the beach in the morning as there is some garbage next to the hotel property. Although, staff cleaned it quickly. There was also some ants in the bathroom but staff put a spray against them. There are not many restaurant options at walking distance from the hotel.

Wspaniale ciche miejsce. Dokladnie tego potrzebowalismy podczas naszego odpoczynku. Pokoje sa czyste, pachnace i bardzo ladnie udekorowane. Obsluga sprzatala je dwa razy dziennie co zadko sie zdarza.Wychodzac z tarasu domku jestes odrazu na plazy. W okolicy nie ma beachboysow nikt nie przeszkadza w traakcie spacerow. Niesamowite wrazenie robia takze lokalne kobiety ktore w tej wiosce wlasnie codziennie w oceanie rozbijaja kokosy by stwprzyc sznurki. Kazda kolacje zdecydowalismy sie zjesc na miejscu i kuchnia jest naprawde pyszna. Wszystko swierze, pieknie podane i bardzo dobrze przyprawione. Porownujac do innych bardzo turystycznych, zatloczonych miejsc na wyspie to byl nasz najlepszy wybor!

Juana Ocean Villas - magia oceanu, profesjonalizm obsługi, kuchnia pełna smaku i zapachu. Jedno z miejsc na ziemi które daje energię i pozwala oderwać się od codzienności. Wschody księżyca z oceanu dopełniają szczęście, którego doświadcza się na wyspie każdego dnia. Dziękuję wszystkim którzy przyczynili się do tego, że każdy moment mojego pobytu był doskonały. Dobrzy, mądrzy i profesjonalni ludzie tworzą to miejsce.Sprawiają, że świat staje się lepszy.

Pierwsze największe wrażenie robi widok i ocean zaraz za drzwiami willi. Odległość od plaży nie istnieje - piasek jest zaraz za drzwiami. Można zjeść śniadanie na tarasie willi z widokiem wprost na ocean lub w przypadku odpływu patrząc na pracujące na brzegu kobiety. Pokoje są przestronne i urządzone w bardzo przytulnym stylu. Wszystko co potrzebne jest - kawa, herbata i czajnik co umożliwia udany poranek na plaży. W pokoju dostępna jest też lodówka co jest duża wygodą. Czysty basen, dużo zieleni wokół. Czysty teren i plaża. Kuchnia bardzo dobra! Przepyszne domowe wypieki i dżemy. Oczywiście owoce morza i ryby świeże i świetnie przyrządzane. Obsługa miła i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pomocna we wszystkim, łącznie z organizacją taksówki czy wycieczki.
