Llyn Ffynnon Lodge

I liked the layout and cleanliness of the house. It was also very convenient and comfortable. The location itself was also very beautiful despite the rainy weather.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was an enjoyable stay!

Road works, constructions (noisy in the morning), otherwise everything else was great

Location is stunning

Lovely modern lodge, in a bucolic setting on the outskirts of the town. Had an EV charger.

The frying pan was the stickiest one I have ever encountered.

The bedroom was invested with bugs which we took video footage off. There was so many we could not sleep in the room and we all were covered in bites. The staff told us we should t of opened the window! There were no signs telling this and it was a hot summers day. We were told to turn off lights and keep windows open(after being told not to open windows) because we asked for one nights money back they have now said there was missing items from the lodge (how convenient) as nothing worth taking. No tvs worked.

The property is nice but I wouldn't say luxury. It was unbelievably clean though. The location is quiet and a nice enough view. My daughter loved scootering around the resort. It felt safe and secure.

I wouldn't say the hosts made us feel particularly welcome. We turned up 6 minutes early and they looked annoyed. We didn't see them again after we got our key. BEWARE of the £250 deposit in the small print. We paid in full and then suddenly a week before got a surprise asking for the large deposit. Betys-y-coed is absolutely packed you can hardly walk down the pavement which I appreciate isnt the hosts fault but I wouldnt recommend the location because of this.

Peaceful and clean

The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of tips upon our arrival. The location was perfect and it was just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. The Lodge was fairly new, very clean and modern.
