"Perfect for our needs."

TV not simple to use for initially but lots of choice and codes given in advance (just in case). Slightly chilly in evening and could not work out how to boost radiators but perfect temperature over night. No stair rail on steep stairs so tricky for elderly frail father in law but we knew this in advance so were mentally prepared!

"stressful because of the insistence of the property to get me to cancel my stay"

it was centrally located and the right size There was no room cleaning / housekeeping service for the duration of our stay nor was basics like a small breakfast hamper provided it could have been arranged but I guess exeter is too busy

the fact that the property managers called me as late as five hours before check in and wanted me to cancel the stay because according to them the property had a leak , I was unable to cancel as I was committed to the same and enroute already. moreover there was no sign of any leak etc what was being mentioned about.
