"Very comfortable place for a couple"

Location was the best, it’s right on the beach. The hosts were really wonderful, they made our stay feel comfortable. The apartment is just as in the pictures and even better. The views from kitchen are just fantastic.

"Perfect little beach house in a picture perfect spot"

Peppino and Francesco were excellent hosts, and communication was clear and helpful. Everything had been thought out at the house. There wasn't a thing to complain about. It was beautifully clean and so comfortable. The views from the kitchen window were lovely. I can't fault this place at all. We will definitely return. It is in a fine spot to watch the sunrise.

Wir haben uns im "Beachhouse" wie zuhause gefühlt. Ein wunderbarer Ort, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet mit einmaliger Sicht auf das Meer und zum Castello. Die Vorräte in der Küche haben wir sehr geschätzt. Herzlichen Dank! Auch die Lage im etwas ruhigeren Teil von Ischia war sehr wohltuend. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Der Kontakt mit Peppino und Francesco immer sehr zuverlässig und herzlich.

"Amazing place!"

A very cozy place! Everything is perfect in the house! Francesco met us, showed us everything and told us everything. We arrived on a day off when the shops were closed, but the owners bought groceries for our breakfast. We will definitely come back here again!

"We would return in a heartbeat!"

We stayed for a week at this cozy and comfortable and spotlessly clean villa. It is wonderfully situated on the water with awesome views of the water and castle. It is fully equipped for all your needs, and even stocked with many grocery items and staples (including a bottle of wine, spring water, etc.) that limits the need to do much food shopping. A nice market is nearby, and it’s an easy walk to town, restaurants, many shops and the castle. The owners are very communicative, regularly checking on us, and we were met at the villa by one of them for a full orientation. If you want to have a fun stay and be fully immersed in the culture of the beautiful island of Ischia, it would be very hard to beat this place.

There is nothing to dislike.
