דירה גדולה ומרווחת (יחסית לדירת חדר אחד(. מיקום מרכזי.נקיה ומשופצת. בעלת בית זמינה ואדיבה. מיטה מאד נוחה.

הכל מצויין. אבל: אם יש לכם הרבה מטען, ואתם לא בכושר - יהיה קצת לא קל להעלות מזוודות גדולות וכבדות במדרגות . אנשים כתבו ביקורת שקשה למצוא את הבית - אכן ניווט לפי הקישור באתר מוביל למיקום רחוק בכ-200 מ''. אבל טלפון לבעלת הבית והכל נפתר. אנשים כתבו שיש רעש מהרחוב - זה רעש טבעי ונעים של הנהר הזורם מתחת לבית. ואם לא רוצים לשמוע - יש חלונות עם בידוד מצויין.

Отличное расположение на центральном променаде. До парка с минералкой и канатки 5 минут. Отдельный вход и своя квартира. Кухня со всеми принадлежностями. Балкон на центральную улицу. Очень чисто и уютно. О ключах надо заранее списаться с хозяевами. Ориентир - кафе с одноименным названием.

The property was spacious with a great balcony that has a view on the river, apartment was fully equipped with everthing one might need, very clean and well designed brick interior.

Cant complain at all except that the wifis wasnt activated but im sure the kind lady will turn it on if u ask

This is a wonderful apartment - very spacious, very clean and well-planned. It has the feel of a townhouse - you enter from the street, and there's a small room for laundry right there, you walk up the stairs and there are doors to the room, to the bathroom and to the balcony. It feels like you have the whole house to yourself! The kitchen is a separate space from the big room; it's well-stocked. We easily cooked and ate breakfast there. The room has comfortable furniture, new sound-proof windows and good drapes. The balcony is fantastic - we spent hours just watching the hustle on the street. The bathroom is big, and the water pressure and temperature are great, plenty of towels were provided.

The apartment is on a busy street. We usually don't like to be in the middle of the hustle but the windows here were good and blocked most of the noise. The light in the kitchen needs to be improved, it's too dark. The air-conditioner made "sounds" sometimes, which bothered me at night. I wish the chairs on the balcony were a bit higher, so one could sit and see what's going on outside because of the railing. Otherwise, we had to stand. We never saw a host or were greeted by anyone. It wasn't clear where to get the keys to the apartment - I wrote a message via booking and was told to get them at the Inka cafe. The staff didn't really know at first and they had to call someone to find out. Same for checkout - they weren't sure how much we owed or who should get the money. They don't accept credit cards, so we asked them for a receipt for the cash we gave them.

Very helpful host. Beautiful apartment which is excellently equipped. You felt at home immediately! Host fulfilled every wish. Answered questions immediately! Mosquito nets so that you could open windows at night! Kitchen fully equipped! AC not necessary to be used because of the high walls. Beautiful large terrace! The apartment has definitely deserved 10 points!

However: horrible noise with motorbikes, cars, busses from 9 am until 10pm, longer during the weekends.

Authentic style

This town is absolutely beautiful, very modern and comfortable has everything you need to cook, all little details have been taken care of. There is a lovely balcony over the river and heated floors if you come in winter. The photos really do not do justice to the apartment ,we opened the door and were very pleasantly surprised
