Obviously a fantastic location, really lovely clean modern property. Great for a quick stop over, 2 motorcycles safe and sound outside all night. Perfect.

L’appartamento è nuovo e molto confortevole. Gentilissima e disponibile la proprietaria. Posizione strategica per passeggiate a Livigno e dintorni, in generale per le escursioni in alta Valtellina. Dimensioni dell’alloggio ottimali, cucina funzionale e pulizia impeccabile.

Mi sento solo di consigliare di aggiungere alcune forniture, tra cui altri utensili da cucina (coltelli e padelle aggiuntivi e forbici), due ulteriori cuscini, bacinella per bucato e asciugamani da bidet. Per il resto tutto fantastico.

A Magical Stay in Livigno! This cozy house in Livigno was an absolute dream! Combining alpine charm with modern comfort, it was impeccably clean, well-equipped( everything you need), and perfectly located—close to ski lifts-just 2minutes with car, have a shop to the house, yet peaceful and relaxing. the mountain views from the windows were amazing . The hosts were fantastic—friendly and attentive, making the stay seamless. Whether for skiing or a summer getaway, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended!
