Logement visuellement beau et bien distribué. Chaque espace est optimisé.

La propreté. Un logement aussi beau avec un tel potentiel doit être soigné et propre. Poussière, tâches de graisse avec fourmis sur la plaque de cuisson... c'est dommage car ce logement est un bijou.
