All the staff were very helpful and always ready to help.

We liked everything. Our first room was very small for 4 of us but then they changed it to a bigger room which was very good. Also WiFi was not very good they should try to improve the WiFi system of the hotel.

WiFi is not working. We had food poisoned. No keetle in the room. Tables were dirty, oily and sticky. Not much food choice. Coffee machine were old and out of date.

The staff were all excellent. Helpful, friendly, funny and conscientious. They looked like they enjoy working there and that added to the overall high level of customer service. Cleaners, chefs, waiting staff, all great. Food was very high quality, varied and constant. As good as I've seen for buffet style, all-inclusive hotels. Entertainment was very good. There is something going on all day by the pool and in the evening. Hosts manage to make it friendly and genuinely fun. They include everyone of all ages and people are laughing all day. An absolute highlight was a young Down's man singing Karaoke and the whole crowd joining in - it bought a tear to me eye.

Beds are hard. I ached after a few nights. Rooms aren't soundproof. We had a couple of young ladies move in next to us and we could hear them constantly, especially when they had guests back late at night and we were trying to sleep.

Very tasty food, nice environment, great entertaimment, very friendly staff. Great value for money and the best place to spend a holiday in Ölüdeniz. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

The selection of food could be a bit better, we were missing small things such as shredded cheese during lunch/dinner and bacon during breakfast. Also bigger selection of meat and more fish/pasta would be great. The bar was missing an option to order mixed drinks/cocktails. P.S.: Please pay more attention to the rabbits, their water hasn’t been cleaned/changed not even once during our stay.

Yel Holiday Resort is surrounded by beautiful mountain. Rooms are spacious and clean. Garden that this hotel features is absolutely stunning. Food is delicious and staff really friendly.

no lift and food not so good

It was a very good stay! The staff was very friendly, the cleaness was excellent! We enjoyed the hotel very much! The food was also very fresch and tasty.

That we were the only Belgian people there, but anyway with the englisch people we could talk. The environment is not so intresting. You have to rent a car or take a taxi to go to Oludeniz or Hisanarou.

The pool was the only highlight and the setting

So many things, having been to Turkey several times this hotel did not deliver in any shape or form, the food was absolutely disgusting, seemed to be stuff left overseas, then mixed in with something, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed, I have ever slept in and a towel like bed cover, no hot water In the shower, the most dangerous thing is the floor tiles become very slippery when wet, not non slip, the pool slide is only open for two hours a day if your lucky, not ideal for disabled, overall very poor
