A estadia foi razoável, mas a atitude da rececionista tornou a experiência menos agradável. As regras eram aplicadas de forma demasiado rígida — tínhamos de entregar a chave sempre que saíamos e não foi possível receber uma visita breve. Senti falta de mais empatia e flexibilidade no atendimento.
