Location, adequate space, quiet and peaceful.

Neat and tidy, everything we needed was well organised in advance. Comms were great and the owners were helpful and courteous.

No issues, quite a steep hill to get to the property so walking into town can be challenging. But that’s nothing to do with the property itself.

Not too far from central Dunedin but steep hill to get there. Fine by car and garage a good bonus for being out of neighbours way.

This is a work in progress! Very 70’s in decor and peeling wallpaper didn’t add to its charm. Needs a refurb

There was no breakfast

The heated bath rail was broken and when you hang towels on it fell off the wall..the garage was too small to get big car in it. Also we were told not to park in front of garage..so had to park on the street..there was no curtains in the kitchen so the sun would shine in making it too hot and not a good place to be…the place needs some tlc looks wore out..

Suited my family really well, centred well which made it easier for us to go around Dunedin which we weren’t familiar of, and was very clean.
