Struttura elegante, pulita e posizionata in maniera strategica vicino a tutto ciò che c'è da vedere.Ci tornerò sicuramente.

SEHR zentrale Lage an einer belebten Straße - was aber nicht gestört hat, weil die Schallschutzfenster excellent waren. Trattoria direkt neben der Wohnung, wo man sehr gut speisen kann - vorausgesetzt, man bekommt einen Platz. Die Einrichtung war modern und geschmackvoll, besonders die Beleuchtung. Alles sehr sauber!

Sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt. Wir konnten alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Matera zu Fuß erreichen. Modernes Badezimmer Moderne leise Klimaanlage

Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Das Doppelbett kann war in die Ecke gestellt und konnte nur von einer schmalen und einer langen Seite erreicht werden. Die Lage ist 24/7 extrem laut! Wir konnten nur bei geschlossenen Fenster schlafen- diese waren allerdings sehr gut schallgedämmt. Wir baten als Fahrradreisende um einen Abstellplatz für unsere Fahrräder und mussten hierfür für 2 Nächte zusätzlich 50 Euro in Bar bezahlen. Das empfanden wir als überzogen bis unverschämt! Der sogenannte Abstellraum war so etwas wie ein abschließbares Müll - Lager.

La posizione in centro città, camera bellissima, bagno grande, camera silenziosa. Tutto molto pulito.

The bedroom was nice and comfortable, providing a pleasant space to rest. The room itself was clean and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, the property did not match the description provided on the website. I booked a 'One-Bedroom House' with a 'Private Kitchen,' but upon arrival, I found that I was given a room in an apartment with a shared kitchen. This was a significant mismatch, as I was expecting an entire home with exclusive use of the space. I raised the issue with the host, who insisted the description was accurate, but upon checking, I found the listing to be misleading. I also contacted Booking.com customer service, and a complaint was raised regarding this discrepancy. The listing mentioned the property was 30 square meters, but this only seemed accurate if the shared kitchen area was included, as the room itself was smaller than that. Lastly, the room had an automatic coffee machine with very few capsules provided (I didn’t use the decaf, tea, or barley coffee). Since the property is in Italy, I was expecting a moka pot with some coffee in the kitchen, but there wasn't one.
