Only one reason, near the airport.

Almost everything!

Hotel facilities were good. We had a connecting room for a family of 4 and room location was a walking distance from the hotel reception counter. Arrived quite late and an early morning checked out.

The hotel is located in the JRO Airport compound but away from the departure/arrival building. It takes a 10 minutes drive from the airport to the hotel. Even though we were told that parking is free, we still have to pay for parking since entrance to the hotel requires us to take the parking ticket at the airport. So since we rent a car, we have to call our rental office to take the car before we stay in the hotel to avoid exorbitant parking charges. This is not stated clearly to us when we did the booking.

Ubicación al aeropuerto. Servicio, especialmente Rebecca, nos atendió muy amable y muy atenta. La piscina agradable con vistas al Kilimanjaro. Perfecto para un vuelo temprano.

Detalles que tienen que mejorar: si tienes el hotel vacío, no pongas a unos invitados en una habitación donde fallan cosas. La ducha tiene una cortina que da grima tocarla, el baño tiene una tapa que es de plástico blando, no hay secador, fallaba el ventilador, la red antimosquitos manchada y no ajustaba bien.

The ride from the airport down this potholed dusty was was less than 2 miles and they charge $60 to pickup, shame. I found the food although plentiful, not very tasty
