The Seoul

大人2人、子ども3人(9歳6歳4歳)の計5人で4泊5日利用しました。 ソウル駅から15番出口、または3番出口から出られました。エレベーターもあるのでベビーカーでも問題ありません。 家の前の坂道は急です。体力は必要です。 何階なのか何号室かわからず入る時に少し戸惑いました。入り方は当日にメッセージにて丁寧に教えていただき、スムーズでした。 隣のコンビニで水やお菓子、朝ごはんを買えたのがよかったです。 内装は写真の通りでとても清潔で綺麗でした。 インテリアも素敵でした。 1月で寒い中でしたが床暖房が温かく、室内はとても快適でした。 キッチン用品、タオル、電気ポット、ドライヤー、洗濯機、衣類乾燥機、掃除機、ハンガーラック、全て活用しました。 お皿やグラス、洗剤やスポンジ、ティッシュペーパー、ゴミ袋、変換プラグも完備されてあります。 テレビはNetflixもみることができ、子どもたちも大喜びでした。 ソファーはないものの、イステーブルに座って遊んだり、ご飯を食べたり、床の上に座って暖まりながらゆっくりしていました。 寝具も清潔でマットレスや枕も寝心地がよかったです。 そしてオーナーさんがとても親切です。 わからないことはメッセージでやりとりしてすぐに返信をいただけ、安心できました。 またソウルに来た際は泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

Все хорошо, отличная локация, милая и чистая квартира

The apartment is compact but clean and looks exactly like the photos. It's about a 10 minute walk to Seoul station, convenient for the AREX, subway and regional trains..The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and responded to messages in a timely fashion. We requested a garment steamer as the previous one was broken and we received a replacement that same day. It's the first time I've ever seen a first aid kit in a short stay apartment too, very handy. The little touches such as the included snacks were appreciated too.

We enjoyed staying in a local area that was a short walk from Seoul Station, however those booking this apartment should be aware that the road is on an incline which can be challenging if you have substantial luggage. There are 3 short flights of stairs to the apartment, which is easy if you're able bodied. The bathroom is of the typical older apartment style, so it will become quite wet when showering, however it was not an issue for us.

Great convenient location, close to the train station, super close to a conscience store, very clean and relaxing, lots of space and all the amenities for a longer stay.

If I was being nitpicky, it was up a steep hill and the 2 flights of stairs to get to the front door were tight with large luggages.

Fabulous host provided great directions and prompt communication. It was well set up for a short stay but would have been nice to have comfortable seats to relax on and drawers to unpack into. Great to have air conditioning and a CU store so close!

The steep slope may be challenging for travellers with lots of luggage, children or the elderly or at night.

Outstanding apartment with all amenities you could need, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Host is exceptionally welcoming and kind! Great location close to Seoul Station, a convenience store that's open 24/7 just downstairs is a big bonus.

Very quaint location nestled in the hub of a local residential zone- we practically lived next day to a local Korean! Location is good but need to take note that you have to drag your luggage up a steep slope to the apartment; do note that you have to bring your luggage up the flight of stairs to your accommodation

Possibility of including condiments to provide extra favour for cooking.

Clean & comfortable. CU just behind us, literally 10 seconds to hop over. Walking distance to Seoul Station. Chose to stay here cos we transited from Busan and home to Inc airport. There were 2 bedrooms, one bedroom without aircon but the huge one in the living room plus a fan, still cooling enough to sleep well at night.

Few mins upslope and carrying 5 luggages up from zero floor to first then second. In my country, it’s considered level 3. Came with 2 kids and 70yo mum, so we found it taxing to move things up & down. With friends, I don’t mind staying here again.
