Very accommodating hosts!

The first interaction we had with the person who was running the property was very negative. He came up with a lot of excuses saying he has less staff members and can't attend us at the peak hours of the restaurant which is on the property. There was a lot of descripancy in the services which was promised at the time from Booking.com and the property. The big one was Parking and Complimentary breakfast. It never felt like I was talking to a person who belongs to a service industry, it always felt that how he is helpless and I should be understanding in every situation. Geyser worked just on the first day out of 3 nights that we stayed. Never got fixed later. It seemed like a lot of attention was given to the customers which are international or "white" to be precise and I don't know the reason for it but it was irritating for sure. It doesn't have a hostel feel except the dormitory stay, no kitchen, no common place to hang out other than the restaurant. Why am I being very particular is I have stayed and traveled a bunch and this was probably one of the bad experiences I have come across. It made me think, how would I get treated if I come with my "white" friends?
