La stanza era rumorosissima, lo staff non è stato chiaro nelle indicazioni e nella comunicazione con il cliente, mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro il loundry service per 2 (!!!) magliette

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel L emplacement est plutôt central mais il faut un véhicule La chambre est petite, sobre mais sympa Manque un peu de rangement.. Jolie salle de douche La piscine est agréable Et la vue de piscine sur la mer est très jolie Les snacks sont abordables Et le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon

Le bruit ! Les chambres ne sont absolument pas paisibles Et absolument pas insonorisées On entend tout ce qu il se passe dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir Les portes claques à toutes heures du jour ou de la nuit À plus de 230€ par nuit on s attend au moins à passer une nuit correcte et dormir ! En plus pas de chance pour nous on est tombé sur des voisins de chambre complètement fous qui mettaient la musique à fond à une heure du matin, claquaient les portes hurlaient et pendant 2 nuits on a eu droit à ça... Nous nous sommes plain au gardien de nuit mais malheureusement malgré son intervention Ils ont continués ... Et après 2 nuits sans dormir nous n' avons pas eu un petit geste commercial... dommage... Et un dernier détail les transats sont remplis de taches énormes il faudrait penser et inversestir dans des allaises lavables comme dans d autres établissements...

Нам понравился персонал и стиль отеля, красота и расположение не далеко от центра и моря , если вы на машине. Очень красивый и стильный бассейн , но огромный минус нет балдахинов. Приходилось уходить и искать пляж где можно в полной мере насладиться летним днём.

У нас был арендован номер с кроватью кингсайз, но нам дали очень маленький номер и кровать была обычная двухспальная. Номер очень маленький, даже негде разложить чемодан, всё очень маленькое, у кого клаустрофобия точно не понравится.

Staff were very helpful. They allowed to check-in early as we had early flight ✈️. Very helpful staff. Staff catered the needs.

I had to pay extra €40 Euro as door was locked with key inside. Normally hotel do have their master keys in case of emergency and safety reason, as I was unaware door was pulled and lock. Hotel did not have one master key.

The swimming pools and facilities around very comfortable. Very comfortable bed with modern furnishings. Good large powerful shower.

No consideration has been given to storage and hanging for clothing and safety of personnel belongings. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing but not functional. Safety aspect was the absence of a handle to enter the swimming via the steps. Commented on the first morning reference the standard of some of the breakfast items was duly corrected.
