Absolutely beautiful location and facilites. Perfectly clean with everything you need. The Firepit was a perfect addition by the riverside whilst stargazing in the middle of dartmoor. 10/10 will stay again

We booked Badgers Holt for two nights. As specified it’s located in the Dartmoor Area so surrounded by beautiful views of the moors and the freely roaming animals. We got Fox Tor apartment with two bedrooms which was very comfortable and very clean. There are no mobile signals but the internet is good enough for the phones and the Netflix which is provided via Amazon stick in the apartment. The River Dart flowing right outside the apartments is just another added bonus of being in a fantastic location.

Although the surroundings are fantastic, but from this particular apartment you can’t really see much to enjoy so you’ll need to go downstairs. We were looking forward to some swimming in the river but honestly the water didn’t seem very clean to do so, so just something to be mindful of.
