No hotel check in desk was self service but wasn’t told that so walking around 30mins trying to find a desk but wasn’t one

Location of this studio is excellent. It is well furnished.
A house manual is required to explain how to operate facilities such as air conditioning, lighting, hot water, washing machine, stove. Even if it is written in Korean we could use a translate app. The codes we were sent to access the building were incomplete which created difficulties.
