駐車場に車を止めて車のリヤゲートを降ろした瞬間足元の床のマンホールの蓋が壊れ私は足から下のマンホールに落ちました。 左脇腹を強打裂傷と右肘を裂傷しました。 マンホールの深さは、2mぐらいです。 恐怖です。 ホテル側は、セキリテーがバンドエイドと消毒薬を、持って来ただけの対応でした。 1つ間違えば死ぬ所でした。 ホテル側の不備でありながら一切の謝罪もありませんでした。 最低最悪のホテルです。

On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very friendly.

The walls are very thin, making street noise clearly audible, almost as if the window were open. When we ordered room service, we clearly stated that we would pay upon coming down. However, the staff called, and we explained that we would pay later due to being unwell. Despite this, another staff member came to the door requesting immediate payment. Additionally, there seems to be a disproportionately high number of trainees compared to the main staff, particularly those from vocational schools (SMK). When I requested a room change as an Indonesian citizen, I was told that no rooms were available on the same floor. However, when my partner, a foreigner, requested a room change at the lobby, it was immediately granted. This reflects a social gap and a difference in treatment for the same request.
