"Loved seeing the Biloxi Lighthouse and sunset on the beach."

Bathroom facilities were good. Bath towels were wonderful! We were given 2 warm wonderful cookies and 2 waters upon checking in.

A/C Unit was not working properly. The room was 60 degrees when we arrived and could not change. Maintenance tried to help but could not get the wall control to match the actual wall unit. The unit did not cycle through the night.. The night reading light on the right side of bed did not work. There were many kids with the BETA CLUB convention who were a bit noisy into the night (running up & down halls, etc.) We did report this to front desk, and security did speak to them about it.

"Would not stay here again due to no hot water and very dirty minimally maintained property"

Never had hot water, either cold or at best lukewarm. Carpets and furniture stained. AC so loud it would wake you in the night. Pool area and poll/ hot tub all closed without any notification when making reservations. Breakfast buffet dishes were wet and had food still on them had to clean off with napkins to use.
