Communal areas up like it was 5 years ago

As above paying I excess of 50 pounds per night only 2 towels for our room over the 2 nights 3.days room not serviced at all 1 loo roll per stay no in room coffee or tea. MAKING FACILITIES RANG RECEPTION FOR HELP I TRYING TO GET NETFLI,XWORKING NO HELP ARRIVED AS I SAID GET MELROY TO STAY AT IS OWN PLACE IN DISGUISE IT WOULD BE SORTED VERY QUICKLY I AM SURE THERE ARE NOW PLACES MUCH BETTER THAN SHIVERS TO STAY AT SIMILAR MONEY

We loved the hotel area

nothing as such just bathrooms space was too small

First impressions when I got out of the taxi I thought this could not be the right place but once inside the gate it is so different. Please do something with the entrance

Lovely setting. Very clean room. Decent shower always with hot water. Bed very comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Very clean place to be , can’t fault it Any thing we needed was sorted instantly, rooms perfect would definitely stay again if available..

Room service was very slow, Very less staff. Breakfast: No buffet, Not much options for breakfast. No priority for the guest who stay there .
