It's a good stay for overnight or two nights but not more than that

Staff and location was good

Room was small, AC wasn't working later it was started by staff, bathroom door was damaged and unable to close it. There was no enough blanket in the room. Only one small blanket was available and It was less in length.

Location and budget...okay for just one night stay. Clean toilets. Room size. AC and Geyser in working condition

Not clean at all, beddings smelly, poor ventilation, stuffy and smelly. Furnitures broken.

Disgusting please do not book here unless you and your girlfriend are so desperate you just need to sleep on someone else cum stained sheets because that's the only demographic that would actually survive here. Nothing about it was good.

The moment I stepped into that cesspit, I was immediately greeted by the stench of dust. It's clear you haven't bothered to maintain these rooms in ages. The fan in my room didn't turn on and the AC was useless as your customer service. Within minutes, I discovered the true horror of your establishment. Cum stains on the bed sheets? Are you running a hotel or a brothel? The entire room was a biohazard, with every surface coated in a thick layer of filth. When I had the gall to complain about these Third World conditions, your incompetent staff had the nerve to say, "Sir ye budget pe aisa hi best h" Is this how you treat paying customers? I got the hell out of that dump within 5 minutes of arrival, demanding a refund and cancellation. Any trust I had in FabHotels has been utterly shattered. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a hospitality business. I immediately demanded a refund, only to be told to waste my time calling your useless helpline. I was left sweltering in the Nagpur heat for 20 minutes because apparently, you can't be bothered to staff your phones properly. When someone finally deigned to answer, I was told to jump through more hoops by sending an email with pictures. This was the 5th time I went up the stairs to the room in this havoc.
