Waikanae Beach Ocean View Apartments

Spacious and good layout . Not quite the location onto the beach we thought from the image . As had to go down to the surf club to access . Also site a little busy right in front of us

The two storey accomodation was perfect for our 5 day stay. We loved being elevated and having the view of the beach. The apartment was modern, clean, well set out, had beautiful big windows and the staff were extremely approachable and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay.

It wasn't clear when we booked the apartment that the accomodation was in a camping ground. Once we got over this initial shock, we ended up loving the environment. We enjoyed seeing the families enjoying their tenting and caravanning holidays.

The views from the apartment are fabulous. If you have children it is easy to monitor , watch them on the jumping case from the balcony of the apartment. the enclosed out door deck is amazing and a great outdoor eating place.

a few more kitchen gadgets e.g rice cooker , toasted sandwich maker and air fryer.

We had stayed in the camp area of the park earlier and returned with our adult children to stay in a 3-bedroom apartment this time around. Comfortable, great location and ideal for a family get away.

A mirror in the upstairs bedroom would be good. Only mirror was in the downstairs bathroom, was poorly lit and three adult females competing for space

Great view from the balcony and a great setup for a family of four. Good kitchenette if you want to cook. Plenty of activities for everyone.

Modern, spacious and able to walk to most places.

The room was great, nice pool and good location

Nothing really. Would have been good to have a small drying rack available in the room to set up on the balcony and table mats to avoid marking the table when eating.

No frypan to cook with on the induction top and not well located power points on the small kitchen bench
