The bed was nice and the room clean.

The location is far from the beach. They do not accept card payment. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes and bugs despite being in a net. The toilet and shower was very basic.

Great place to relax. Hospitable hosts. Excellent restaurant and bar. Service at the highest level. Many thanks to the whole team!

Quiet place, lovely bungalows for a very affordable price, trees everywhere, very nice people, and Kep's beach.

The property was a pleasant atmosphere like a getaway garden! 🪴 I was welcomed by a female staff member and a male staff member. The female(s) seemed to be a local Cambodian and the male(s) staff seemed to all be from France? I didn’t quite feel the same welcome from the male(s) compared to the female(s). Actually the male(s) didn’t even really acknowledge me when I saw them or so I felt. But the female(s) staff members always had a beautiful smile and asking to help anyway she could. Not sure who the owners are but if you speak French you’ll feel at home.. nearly 6-8 guests also spoke French. I love cultures but threw me off when the I arrived and until I left! I’m doing a short visa run from Vietnam so I only stayed one night! The food was great for the price, can’t complain!

I sleep warm at night. I knew there was no A/C! No problem.! But the beds mattress protection is a heavy plastic cover. I woke up multiple times sweating… I never book more then 1 night at a location I don’t know. Between the WiFi not being functional in my bungalow (I had one of the furthest bungalows away from the main building) and the plastic cover beds I choose not to stay again. Sounds silly but that’s my preference!
