The price is far more expensive than the other properties BUT ITS WORTHY. Very clean, comfortable, kitchen is well equipped.

The pictures about the aparment reflect the reality. Superlative cleanliness and I really mean it. Everything looks as if it were new, perfectly furnished and equipped with all that you possible need. Large, spacious terrace with 2 types of furniture and equipped with an umbrella. Eveverything you need and even more to spend some beautiful days. The beach and taverns are a few minutes' walk from the location. For sure my first choice if I decide to come back in Paralia Katerini.... and that's a fact.!😀

The pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. It is perfect for a maximum of 5 children.
