White Flower Lanta

The owner and the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and dealt with any issues straight away. Complex location suited us well, being one to restaurants and shops and the beach, but still in a quiet and lovely location with great views. The pools are great.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views and two swimming pools. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 5 minutes to the beach. A really peaceful place with a great atmosphere.

Enormous accommodation with three large bedrooms. Very clean and tidy. Lovely swimming pool and excellent view of the sunset from the balcony. Staff were very helpful and kind.

The beds were too hard for my liking.

The staff is friendly, helpful. The 2 pools are great. Nice touch to find food and water on arrival! The staff arranged transportation. Very nice garden - trees, flowers, bushes and the staff works for it very hard. We saw monkeys and we had a beautiful lizard as our neighbour.

For me it is too far away from the sea. It is like 6 minutes walking, but in the heat, through that busy and dusty street, coming back you go uphill - I imagined it in a different way (9,5 points in Booking), but probably it is my problem:). No breakfast - was the only place without them and I missed it. Cleaning only once in 5 days. The busy street was under construction. Overall Koh Lanta did not meet my expectation and especially that beach near, it is not bad, but it has stones, the seaside is not sooo beautiful and overall all the other island beaches were nicer (my taste). I would choose only the top beaches in this island the next time and I like to live much more near the beach, but it is only my opinion, the property may meet other peoples expectations.

The property was fabulous, spacious and super clean. Location wise really good and some great restaurants close by. Try hilltop for breakfast or living room. Both excellent.

We (2 adults and 2 children - 4&6years) rent the 3-room-apartment (2sleeping rooms) direct in front of the pools. The rooms are very huge, clean and equipped with all you need. There are two very clean pools - one with with salty water. Unfortunately there was no kids area in the pool, but our son managed the time on the stairs in the water with swim support equipment and have been encouraged to train his swimming skills with us ;). A 7-Eleven is 300m just across the main street. Nice restaurants are around the accommodation - just a few min away. the beach is also just 300m away and very beautiful. A very nice and clean location, very polite and helpful staffs and an amazing view not only at sundowner time.

The offer in booking didn't include extra power costs and 3% extra charges paying with credit card. We just realized the extra costs after final booking. The operator tried to save costs for the renter as booking will charge their fees also on the power costs when embedded in the offered rental price. But that makes a comparison of the offered accommodations in booking regarding the price difficult. Finally for us not a big deal as we would always chose the location again :)

Good aircon (when you can use it)

The hill it’s located on, the extra charge for electric (why not include this in the price) dirty towels and bedding (stained) really hard bed (our child had to sleep on the sofa as the bed was like sleeping on concrete) The staff kept entering our room while we were out (without permission) they let themselves in to turn off a light and the aircon?!? (Which we paid extra for on arrival) We paid over 10,000thb plus deposit and extra for electric for 3 nights, and they had the audacity to do this
