HREasy communication with the owner. We asked for a later check-out, he was happy to help. The location is very good, quiet area, easy commute to the city center (the bus station is just accross the street). There is a small grocery store near the building, whis is very convenient.
There were only 4 small towels and the kitchen is poorly equipped. Parking on the street can be a little bit tricky at certain times during the day. The couch is very uncomfortable, I would not recommend it as a sleeping option. The floors are cold, so don't forget to bring your own slippers if visiting during winter time.
