The hosts reacted prompt to all issues. Uncomplicated check-out.

The flat was clearly not cleaned when I got there. I left immediately and only noticed before going to bed, which had not been changed. However, the hosts sent someone to change the linen (at 930pm!) and another person to switch on the heating/warm water, which also didn't work (and I didn't manage to switch it on). The next day, a whole workforce came to properly clean the flat and fix a couple of minor issues.
