"Perfect location and outstanding attention to guest details!"

The New York and San Francisco rooms were perfect for our large family of 7. We enjoyed the close proximity to Utrecht's transportation and central location to other parts of the Netherlands. We would definitely stay at Guest House Utrecht again.

The AC unit wasn't functional yet, upon our arrival in the San Francisco room. Luckily, our hosts were promptly on task and it was operating when the temps reached 35°C the next day. The kitchen renovations were not yet complete in New York room but between the two rooms everything worked out. We would have appreciated more communication about renovations ahead of time. Overall, it was a great experience and the hosts were amazing!

Lieve gastvrouw. Mooie kamer. Eigenlijk was alles prima voor elkaar. Heerlijke geurtjes. En vorlde bij binnenkomst gelijk als luxe

In principe was alles gewoon top! Vind het zelf nog steeds wel een groot bedrag voor even een nachtje slapen met z'n 2. Maar de luxe was er wel op toegepast. En op alle locaties rondom utrecht was alles gewoon heel duur, dus wellicht ligt dat gewoon aan mij.

Hôte vraiment accueillant. Emplacement idéal, dans un beau quartier résidentiel très calme. Facilité de déplacement avec le bus pour se rendre dans le centre d'Utrecht. Très beau jardin et belle terrasse. J'ai également apprécié la baignoire balnéo.

"Super, alles was netjes en schoon, heel mooi en groot. Drinken was er, tandenborstels, shampoo en zelfs tandpasta. Gewel"

Het was erg mooi en groot, ( we verbleven met z’n 4tjes) er zat een balkon en eigen keukentje in! Er waren zelfs snacks en drinken in de koelkast. Het rook fris en alles was super netjes.

Ik heb niks negatiefs over het verblijf te zeggen. Het was top! Komen hier zeker terug
