Nothing really. Price quality very good. Do not expect to be at 2 minutes from Ortigia, it is about 20min walk.

Loved the apartment! Great location, walking distance to Ortigia,. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. Antonio and Valentina are super hosts, very kind and helpful. We were amazed by their hospitality! They had welcome goodies for us.. cookies, crackers, yogurt, water, etc. A very nice touch! .Antonio met us on arrival and saved a parking spot for us in front of the apartment so it was very convenient to unload the bags. He also sent us lots of dining suggestions and tour information I highly recommend their place! Thank you again for a fabulous stay!

Antonio was very welcoming and there were a lot of little extras to make our stay more comfortable.

Host was very helpful. Our flight was delayed and he therefore had to meet us, to hand over the keys, later than expected but there was no issue about this. The apartment was well equipped and there were some breakfast snack foods and drink provided for us. There were maps and some local information available in the apartment. It was located within a reasonable walking distance of Ortigia.

Anthony, the owner, was very thoughtful leaving us food and drinks to get us by temporarily. He was very quick to respond to all our questions. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, and close to the center. It is in a house with several apartments, where permanent residents of the house also live. Everything in the apartment is like new, both bedrooms have very comfortable beds, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is magnificent. The bonus is the great owners Antonio and Valentina, who prepared us a small snack, in addition to the accommodation they provided a lot of valuable information about the place of Syracuse, or information about museums that can be visited for free. The advantage is also the available free parking, right on the street, or a side street. We will be very happy to come back here.

We were here in early March. The apartment was slightly colder in the first few days, but the sun quickly warmed it up in the following days.
