The staff was so friendly, they accommodated my late arrival kindly and gave me all the relevant details and a full tour of the place. They nicely mentioned to someone to keep it quiet in the sleeping area. They saw me waiting after one person was taking a long time and quickly checked me out. They surpassed any expectation. While it’s a hostel, you get loads of privacy because the space for each person is separated, it is tastefully designed. Very clean as well. The sheets were soft and bed was comfortable.

For sustainability purposes, I would not give out toiletries in plastic containers. Better to just have those in the shower in bigger recipients.

"Zeer prettig hostel"

Zeer prettig hostel op geweldige locatie in het centrum van Zwolle met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Bed is prima met schone faciliteiten.

Tja weinig; blijft alleen een hostel met minder privacy dan in een hotelkamer; maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar.

De privacy in de eigen cabine. De vriendelijke en behulpzame jongeman bij de receptie. De hygiëne was ook top.
