We had already paid RM216 and arrived at the location as scheduled. However, when we tried to contact the host at +60 13-892 1470, there was no answer despite multiple attempts. We then asked around at nearby homestays and were informed that this person has scammed many others in a similar manner. Several people had also arrived at the same place and faced the exact same issue. This has caused a lot of distress, especially since I was traveling with my family. We were left stranded without accommodation and with no assistance from the host. Booking.com must take responsibility for verifying the legitimacy of hosts listed on your platform. It is unacceptable for such individuals to be allowed to operate through your service. Please investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action to prevent others from being affected.

Selepas membuat pembayaran saya dapat tahu homestay ini sudah lama tidak beroperasi jadi bayaran sudah di buat tak refund sampai sekarang 😡

after make a payment, i call the owner, and owner said , that place not available for a long time.. but at apps booking.com, the places is available. i want make a refund, but the owner still not reply until now.. so how i want my money back??
