Casual central two-bedroom apartment

This is a scam and needs to removed by Booking. We never got in.

Konnte nicht rein

Era fake, no aparecio el dueño y no pudimos entrar. Estafa.

We didn't even stayed..WE payed him and we did not find anyone to give us the key..no nothing..WE called him many times and he did not answer ..WE send him email before arriveing to inform him about the hour of check in..and also we did not have any answer...it was very bad experience we stayed all night out in the cold at some park...stay away...

The location is the only positive thing with this apartment.

The place we booked was someone’s home and it was like we just walked in after someone had had a party, it reaked of cigarette smoke (there was even vapes on the bedstand), there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the fridge got mold in it, and the sofa was wet.
The tv didn’t work and we got no information about the WiFi, we didn’t get any information about anything.

But that was not the worst part, the worst part was the air quality.
My daughter had an extremely strong reaction to all the smells and the air quality in the apartment so we had to leave.

I am a single mom who is a student traveling with my children, needless to say I have saved for quite a while to be able to take them on this trip. 
But everything is ruined because the person renting out this apartment on svoldergata 8C couldn’t take responsibility, he didn’t reply booking when they reached out to him and when he finally replied to me he was extremely rude and defensive and refused to help.
 Luckily I have friends in Oslo and we could stay with them for a few nights, but that was only over the weekend so I also had to borrow money and book me and my children into a hotel for our last two nights. 
And booking can’t help us with new accommodation and they can’t refund us because apparently that’s impossible when one has checked in…
