No handle lock in the washroom Lift was. Kt working Did not allow food from outside The washroom has stains on the tap and shower Tv was not working

The staff was friendly and humble, price was reasonable based on the service they provide and value for money

Really pleasant and clean rooms. Nice and perfect stay. Friendly helpful staff.

Staff was great and very helpfull. Clean and well maintained rooms. It was a great and pleasant experience.

Absolutely nothing

Food is not allowed from outside. You have to order from the hotel restaurant. The cook was on leave and still they did not allow me to order food from Swiggy or Zomato. I had to go out in search of the food in the freezing cold. All fake pictures posted on Booking.com. when you arrive at the hotel you get to see the reality. I had an office video call and asked if I could check out 15-20 late, they asked me to pay an extra amount for that 20 mins can you imagine. Bad rooms, unhygienic, cleanliness is not maintained. Bed sheets were not changed, I have clicked pics which will give you a sense of what I m trying to communicate
