Private location, safe, quiet, great kitchen and cooking facilities. Very warm apartment, free netflix and wifi, never a dull moment. Would stay again. Easy walk to tesco and chip shop if you like. Good safe parking.

The flats are in a quiet area and easy to get to from all forms of transport
Very basic. Only seen one smoke detector , no fire doors between bedroom and exit . Maybe its not a specification but I did not feel safe

Good location, quiet surroundings with everything we needed for our stay. Liked that each room had been given a fan to cool the room in the hot weather.
Whilst the property was generally clean and the decor was lovely, the kitchen cupboards needed cleaning and there were some light shades missing. The bath panel was also cracked and broken.

Not a lot.
Advertised to sleep 5 people, only appropriate for 4 people. No bedding or pillows etc for someone to sleep on the sofa. Had to share with stuff from the other rooms. In a not very nice council flat block, not made clear from images on the description or wouldn’t have stayed here with 5 people.

"Very cozy apartment in south Birmingham"

Location: despite being a little bit away from the city center, there is a bus line which runs every 3 minutes that goes straight to the central station. Plus, in the surroundings there are shops, grocery stores and cafes. You get the whole apartment, which is very convenient when travelling in groups. The furniture is new, the kitchen is clean and well equipped. You can purchase your preferred food and have breakfast at the property, very nice! All rooms had ventilators and the property gets lots of sunlight and fresh air when the curtains are open. Bathroom: clean, simple and with free toiletries. Nothing more to ask :) Big plus: Wi-Fi connection very stable and large bandwidth.
We lost more than half an hour trying to get in because the code for the keys arrived late. Property owners apologized and we understood but was certainly frustrating due to other appointments we had. There are a few spiders in the house, nothing big but they are guests as well haha
