MAMELLO Beach Club Maldives

We have stayed in Mammelo for 1 week and really enjoyed this time. The bikini beach is 1 min far from hotel, the hotel staff is very friendly and make your vacation very comfortable, local breakfast was delicious. Also we have nice trip to Manta ray point provided hotel staff. This hotel is recommended!)

We went there as a family for almost a week. We were hesitant at first because there were few reviews, but after our first day, we were so satisfied!! Shamhooz and Masheed are so kind and, so helpful with everything from our transfers to answering all our questions. They even prepared a birthday celebration for my daughter! Overall everything was perfect - Mamello, great hospitability, the nature of the island, beautiful ocean and the amazing dinner at the beach. Thank you very much for everything ☺️

It was located close to the bikini beach. The staff were absolutely wonderful and worked hard to make sure I was happy with my stay. When I first arrived I was walked around town to show me restaurants, beaches and stores. So personal. My phone broke on day 2, and they helped me find and purchase one and had it shipped from Male. Above and beyond customer service. The Maldivian breakfast was lovely. The snorkeling at the public beach was absolutely world class and such a joy to see so much live coral on a house reef. Easy to reach from shore, of course a reminder to wear modest clothing on public beaches. Feridhoo is a lovely and very friendly island. I met many local residents and everyone was so kind and helpful.

At first I was taken back by plastic waste on the beach that arrived via the ocean. It was Ramadan and there were shortened cleaning hours. But day two it was cleaned up and spotless. They are working hard to make it a plastic free island with glass refillable bottles, when the desalination plant is complete it will be a huge benefit for the island.

Mamello is not simply an accomodation, it's a full immersion into Maldives life. I strongly recommend this place. Mamello is a recent building, facing the bikini beach and I loved how the common areas are arranged. At the entrance there's the relax area and the restaurant, it eases the interaction within guests and the hosts (Shamhooz and Majeed), particularly after dinner. It was amazing to spend time all together and listen about life in Maldives from Shamhooz and Majeed. They're always available to share information, from food recipes to practical information; always there for their guests 24/7, cheerful and supportive. I miss our teas together :-) Internet connection was super good, great food at breakfast and dedicated sunbeds and umbrellas at the bikini beach. Keep up the great job, Shamhooz and Majeed!

Great Location on the beach, nice and relaxing garden, helpful hosts (they took care about airport transfer, anything i need), nice breakfast, very well equiped room, new place, perfect wifi, best option to stay in Feridhoo

Shamhooz and Majeed are the best hosts ever, really really nice, helpful, caring and friendly. They always had time to talk to us and we really felt like home. We even heard stories about Maldivian culture. The room was clean and new. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the guest house. All was really good. We fully recommend. Too bad we were in Feridhoo only for three days. Thank you very much!
